The app will only work for those who already have a Telemedicine appointment. It is not possible to book an appointment via this app.
How to use: All you need to do is follow the appointment link in the appointment confirmation email, SMS or link via the Patient Portal and choose the "Launch via App" option. The app will open automatically and your call will be connected.
