Elements TV brings our studio classes to you. This App is both part of our Elements Membership and online community. It offers weekly new programs ranging from Yoga, Strength, Pilates, Movement, Mobility to Recovery Sessions.

Elements TV gives you unlimited access to weekly classes (ranging from 20 minutes to 40 minutes), whenever you want, wherever you are — whatever your fitness and experience level.

WHAT TYPES OF CLASSES?
We offer a range of class styles such as: Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Slow Flow, VinYin, Pilates, Barre, Strength and Body Weight Sessions, Movement and Mobility based workouts and a range of recovery classes such as Yin, Restorative and Meditation.

WEEKLY TIPS+TRICKS
Each week you receive special tips + tricks + drills to grow your practice and build strength and mobility.

PERSONALISED TOOLS
The Elements Membership offers additional personalised tracking tools, personalised practice plans and direct communication from our teachers to you.

COOL EXTRAS
The App syncs with your tracking device using the Apple HealthKit to track your steps, distance walked and heart rate details

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Access to our App requires either an active membership with Elements Studio, available on a weekly basis, or you can subscribe to join our online community. All Elements Studio Memberships use this App as an add on service with no lock-in contract. You can also subscribe to our online community and cancel at any time. If you are an existing studio member, the App is free to download and requires an Elements Members Activation Code. If you are not a studio member, you can download the App, go through our registration process and choose a subscription starting at $9.99.
