recent claims and get a detailed view of each one.
- Access your online ID Card. You can view, email or fax
your health insurance ID Card anywhere.
- Access your benefit eligibility information.
- Send a question to your health plans customer service
team.
- View your health benefits and coverage information.
- Know your copay, annual deductible and out of pocket
costs, if applicable.
- Find doctors, specialists or healthcare facilities through
the online app.

The mobile app is only available to Presbyterian Health
Plan members. Members must always sign in using your
User Name and Password for your myPRES account to
access the features in this app. This ensures that no one
can reach your personal data. It is safe.
