Real-Time Battles
Battles happen in real time on the map. Anyone can join or leave a battle at any time, allowing true RTS gameplay. See an ally being attacked right in your backyard? Send some troops to help your buddy out, or launch a surprise counterattack on the attacker’s city.

Seamless World Map
All in-game action takes place on a single, enormous map inhabited by players and NPCs. No isolated bases or separate battle screens. Never before seen on mobile “infinite zoom” allows you to transition freely between the world view and individual cities or barbarian outposts. Map features include natural obstructions such as rivers and mountain ranges and strategic passes that must be captured to gain entrance to neighboring regions.

Twelve Unique Civilizations
Choose one of 12 historical civilizations (more to come!) and guide your civilization from a lone clan into a great power. Each civilization has its own architecture, unique units, and special advantages.

Exploration & Investigation
Your world is covered in thick fog. Dispatch scouts to explore this mysterious land and uncover the hidden treasure within. Investigate lost temples, barbarian fortresses, mysterious caves, and tribal villages, gather intelligence on your enemies, and prepare yourself for the ultimate battle!

Unrestricted Troop Movements
New orders can be issued to troops at any time, offering limitless strategic possibilities. Launch an attack on an enemy city, then circle back and meet up with your alliance army to capture a pass. Dispatch troops to collect lumber from a nearby forest and have them pick off a few barbarian clans along the way. Forces can also be split up between multiple commanders so that you can engage in multiple actions simultaneously.

Alliance System
Full alliance features allow players to help one another: live chat with built-in translation, officer roles, map indicators to coordinate strategies, and more! Alliances can expand their territory to gain resources, capture mountain passes and barbarian outposts to strengthen their position, and work together to unlock group achievements.

Conquer the Kingdom
Fight alongside your alliance to take control of this vast kingdom. Clash with other players and use superior tactics to emerge victorious in a MMO strategy battle royale. Rise to the top and you and your civilization will be written down in your kingdom’s history!

RPG Commanders
Call upon https://www.facebook.com/riseofkingdomsgame/dozens of historical figures who will serve as your trustworthy commanders, from Julius Caesar and Sun Tzu to Joan of Arc and Kusunoki Masashige. Level up your commanders by defeating barbarians and sending them into battles, then upgrade their abilities using an RPG style talent tree and skill system.

1. Eggstravaganza Events
Easter is upon us with an exciting range of new events:
1) Easter Parade: 7 days of questing for great rewards!
2) Bunny Bonanza: Help the bunnies prepare for their party and win rewards!
3) Scavenger Hunt: Want to win big at the Bunny Bonanza? Better collect those Fancy Eggs!
4) Ceroli Assault: Assemble your allies and take on Ceroli's ultimate battle!
5) Protect the Supplies: Deliver the supplies safely to the village. Protect the property of your citizens!
6) Team Draw: Have fun drawing cards to earn fabulous rewards alongside other governors!

2. Gameplay and Equipment Improvements
Since its introduction, the equipment system has become an important and well-received part of the game. In this update, we’re adding a whole new element to the system, which will change the strength of some equipment depending on which season you are in. We hope you’ll enjoy this new, more fleshed-out system.
1) New Iconic Equipment System
For a period after this update goes live, the Iconic equipment system will become available for kingdoms entering Lost Kingdom Season 1 or later. Governors can turn certain equipment into Iconic equipment by using Iconic Crystals and Gold. Iconic equipment provides buffs to troops’ base attributes, determined by which season of Lost Kingdom the kingdom is currently in.
2) New Artisan’s Forge Event
The Iconic equipment system is accompanied by the new Artisan’s Forge event. Complete quests to gain rewards, including Iconic Crystals. Iconic Crystals can also be purchased from the Lost Canyon Shop and Season of Conquest Season Shop.

3. Lost Kingdom - Desert Conquest Improvements
The Desert Conquest Story has already gone live in some kingdoms. In response to player feedback, we’ve made a number of improvements to Desert Conquest, and with this update, we’ll be making it available in all kingdoms entering Season of Conquest!
1) Desert Conquest Story now available for all kingdoms entering Season of Conquest.
2) Added new buff effects for Level 4 Passes. Troops entering the Sea of Death from a Level 4 Pass will receive huge buffs to March Speed.
3) Increased March Speed of routed troops.
4) Improved map balancing, adjusting the coverage of Holy Sites and Bastions.
5) Reduced difficulty of some Lost Kingdom Chronicles quests.
These improvements will take effect in the new Lost Kingdom - Desert Conquest.

4. Event Improvements
Champions of Olympia
We’ve added a new map and improved rewards. Enjoy the fight! Changes are as follows:
1) The new Echo Canyon (Night) map is now available! Attack the Firethief when he appears in Echo Canyon to grant buffs to your team.
2) Improved rewards: Equipment Materials Choice Chests can now be exchanged up until the Glorious Gold League.
Protect The Supplies
We’ve designed a new challenge (Armed to the Teeth), adjusted the difficulty level, and increased the Star Level limit from 25 to 30. After reaching 20 stars, you can claim all non-leaderboard rewards.
Heart’s Desire
The Heart’s Desire event will begin when the Legendary Tavern becomes available. Governors will be able to select their 5 preferred Commanders from a selection, and receive specialized chests containing plentiful custom rewards, which can be unlocked using Sovereign Keys.
