Welcome to alertTech(TM)!

alertTech(TM) helps the homeowner and business owner stay immediately connected with their residence or place of business. alertTech(TM) receives push notifications from a Crestron(TM) 3-series processor customized to each home or business.

NOTE: To use this app you must have a Crestron(TM) home automation system with 3-series processor. This app requires a login to the alertTech(TM) app obtained from your authorized Crestron(TM) Integrator.

Together, the owner and integrator create a monitoring solution unique to each home or business and the alertTech(TM) app keeps everyone aware of the status of critical systems in the home or business.

The push notifications sent to the end user's phone are organized and stored in a events history log for easy viewing of a current status and chronological history of the site.

An in-app messaging feature offers direct communication between the owner and integrator ensuring a quick response to critical issues. In-app messages are stored in the events history providing a log of conversations related to the events at the site.

For example, codes used to arm/disarm a security system, motion in a camera, temperatures outside an acceptable range, generators that could not fire, wine cellar monitors and back up batteries that are too low are just some of the possibilities that can be configured to send push notifications to alertTech(TM).
